Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 6, 2026
GoonzerFlow LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("GoonzerFlow," "we," "our," or "us"), operates the website goonzerflow.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you visit the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, phone number, company name, and message content.
- Demo or inquiry form submissions: the same fields plus timezone preference.
- Any other information you voluntarily provide through email or other communication channels.
Information Collected Automatically
- Analytics Data (Google Analytics 4): We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with measurement ID G-EQX6KBY86J to collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, session duration, bounce rate, geographic region (country and state level), device type, browser type, operating system, and referral source. GA4 uses first-party cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information by default.
- Affiliate Link Click Tracking: When you click an affiliate link to a third-party casino, we record the casino name, button position on the page, and destination URL. This data is sent to Google Analytics via the GA4 Measurement Protocol to help us understand which content is most useful to our visitors. We do not track your activity after you leave our Site.
- Server Logs: Our hosting provider (AWS Amplify) automatically collects standard server log information including IP address, request timestamps, referring URLs, and HTTP status codes.
2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for the following purposes:
- Essential Cookies: Required for basic site functionality including page navigation and session management.
- Analytics Cookies (Google Analytics 4): First-party cookies set by GA4 (prefixed with
_ga) to distinguish unique users and sessions. These cookies expire after 2 years for user identification and 24 hours for session tracking. - Affiliate Tracking: When you click an affiliate link, query parameters (source, casino slug, button position) are appended to the destination URL. These are not cookies stored on your device but URL parameters passed to the third-party casino site. We also use the
navigator.sendBeaconAPI to transmit click event data to GA4 as you navigate away from the Site.
You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect your experience on the Site but will not prevent you from accessing content. Most browsers allow you to block third-party cookies while permitting first-party cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries submitted through our contact and demo forms.
- To analyze site traffic and user behavior in aggregate to improve our content, layout, and user experience.
- To measure the performance of our affiliate partnerships and understand which casino reviews and guides are most valuable to visitors.
- To maintain site security, detect abuse, and prevent fraudulent activity.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:
- Analytics Providers: Google Analytics receives anonymized usage data as described above. Google's privacy policy governs their use of this data. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Affiliate Partners: When you click an affiliate link, the destination casino receives the referral URL and any query parameters appended to the link (e.g., source=goonzerflow). We do not share your name, email, or any personally identifiable information with affiliate partners.
- Hosting and Infrastructure: Our hosting provider (AWS) processes server requests and may have access to server log data in the course of providing hosting services.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
5. Third-Party Casino Platforms
Our Site contains links to third-party sweepstakes casino websites. When you click an affiliate link and leave our Site, you are subject to the privacy policy and terms of service of that third-party platform. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any casino you visit. GoonzerFlow has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the data collection practices of third-party casinos. Each casino has its own account registration, identity verification, and data handling procedures that are independent of GoonzerFlow.
6. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, typically no longer than 24 months. Google Analytics data is retained according to our GA4 configuration (default: 14 months for user-level data, 2 months for event-level data). Server logs are retained by our hosting provider according to their standard retention policies.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect the information we collect. The Site is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You provide information at your own risk.
